What we collect
- Your name, mobile number and the requested specialty — used only to book your appointment and contact you about it.
- Anonymous browsing data (pages visited and device type) used only to improve the website.
What we do not collect
- We never request geolocation permission.
- We do not share your data with advertisers or third parties.
- We never use your health information for marketing purposes.
Please do not send medical data over WhatsApp
WhatsApp is used only to arrange appointments. Please do not send reports, lab results, medical images or details of your condition through it — discuss those with your doctor at the clinic.
Deleting your data
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us with the name and mobile number used for the booking. We will delete it within 30 days, unless healthcare regulations require us to retain the medical record.
Usage data
We use analytics tools to measure site performance and improve our service. We never send these tools any personally identifying data: no patient names, phone numbers, email addresses, medication names, order numbers, prescription content or search text.
Google Tag Manager & Google Analytics
Our measurement tools run through Google Tag Manager under a single analytics property covering both the medical centre and the pharmacy. These tools operate under Consent Mode v2 and are disabled by default until you opt in, and we also enable IP anonymisation.
Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session recording on marketing pages only (the homepage, and the pharmacy's information, store and medication lookup pages). It is fully disabled on prescription fulfilment pages, my orders, ask-a-pharmacist and staff dashboards. All input fields are fully masked, so nothing you type is ever recorded.
Cookies
We store your consent choice along with two attribution cookies (zp_first_touch and zp_last_touch) for 30 days, used solely for campaign measurement.
